High 5 Project

The High 5 Project is an initiative Amistad Direct has created to make a difference in people's lives.  It is a way to help those who help others through the support of non-profit organizations.  Non-profit organizations are a crucial part of our society, providing help to the needy, education for a lifetime and funds for good causes.

As we encourage one another through the challenges of life, use one of the codes below to take 5% off your order, and the amount saved will be donated to the associated non-profit organization.

BiliTx Phototherapy System
Note: The only part that is not included in the picture is the power pack which measures 4"x2.5"x1.5".  The protective carrying case is also included with the system.
This equipment is hospital grade and is used in hospitals, clinics and homes today.   Hospitals can configure this system as an overhead spotlight or use the wrap around panel to coddle the newborn. When used as an overhead spotlight, a benefit of the BiliTx is that it does not transfer heat to the baby, unlike conventional halogen phototherapy devices that may require cooling fans and constant temperature regulation.  Also, if using as an overhead spotlight there are additional accessories that are needed, which are noted under "Accessories" below.  Part # 332497 is the main part needed, while Part #'s 1044169 or 105283 would be the additional part needed depending on where this is installed.  From our experience, most hospitals tend to use this in the wrap-around setup versus the overhead spotlight.

We currently have two options available (new or used), along with the warranty/protection plans that you can add for your benefit.  Here are some quick specifications noting the advantages that many medical facilities and doctors appreciate about this equipment:

- Bulb Life (Hours) = > 30,000 highest amongst competitors
- Weight, kg (lb) = 1.3(2.86) lightest amongst competitors
- Audible Noise = < 60db
- Bulb Type = Blue LED Benefits vs halogen/fluorescent: Life (halogen/fluorescent range approximately 285-2500 hours), Cost (BiliTx's energy consumption is 90% more efficient than devices that utilize halogen bulbs).
