on qualified items totaling $50 or more and only $7 for all others!
Simply look for the  logo to identify the items eligible for free shipping throughout the store. If the items in your order which qualify for 'Free Shipping' total $50 or more (sub-total), those items ship FREE! For items that don't qualify, shipping cost is only $7 per order.
Within the contiguous U.S. (48 states), the shipping interval is approximately 1-3 business days, subject to item availability. All shipments are delivered via UPS, Fedex or other trackable couriers. At this time, Hawaii and Alaska orders will be shipped via USPS and are untrackable, unless otherwise noted. Sorry, but we are unable to deliver outside the U.S. or to a P.O. Box.
To receive full product credit (minus shipping charges) for returns due to defects, the package(s) or case(s) must be re-packaged in the original box(es), along with all contents, and the return must be processed within thirty (30) days of shipment. The customer will incur the shipping cost. Please note that most products carry a minimum 1-year warranty directly with the manufacturer and may require a completed mail-in form once item is received. The following restocking schedule would be in effect for returns due to reasons that are not warranty related and not used.
1 - 29 days = 20%
30- 59 days = 30%
60+ days = non-returnable
For incontinence, bathroom safety, prescribed and disposable products, please note that due to health regulations, we are unable to accept returns on any opened packages or used items. You will also be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us.
